This award was going to go to Jamie Lynn Spears, however this story caught our eye and we decided to award Mrs. Ceballos the 30 Thousand Dollar Millionaire of the Year. If you don't recognize her name, you'll probably know her as the woman that wrote a fictional essay about her daughters daddy dying in Iraq all to win Hannah Montana concert tickets.
